A new support experience is live
On October 12, 2026, we're moving to a new support platform. For you, most things stay the same: you create tickets, we answer them, and you follow up in the Inbox or in the ticket thread. This article explains what stays the same and what you may notice during the transition.
What stays the same
You can still contact support the way you're used to. Here's what that looks like after the move:
- You create tickets when you need help, and our support team answers them.
- You follow up on your tickets in the Inbox.
- You can also reply directly in the ticket thread, just like before.
Our documentation stays on the same URLs as before, and it's still hosted on the same platform. Your bookmarks and saved links to our docs will keep working.
What you may notice
Moving from the old platform to the new one means some things look different, especially around tickets that were created before the move. You may run into the following:
- New links to old tickets. A ticket you created before the move can have a new link. Links from old emails or saved bookmarks may not lead where you expect.
- Replies that don't connect to old tickets. If you reply to a notification about an older ticket, your reply may not be tied to the original ticket automatically. It may show up as a new conversation instead.
- Links that look off. Some links in messages or notifications may point to the wrong place or look different from what you're used to.
We're working to keep these effects as small as possible. Some of them come from technical limitations of moving between two platforms, and we're bound to miss a few things along the way.
If something looks wrong
If a link doesn't work, or a reply doesn't end up where you expected, create a new ticket and include the old ticket number or link if you have it. We'll make sure it gets to the right place. Reports like this help us fix problems for everyone.
Documentation
For now, our customer documentation stays where it is. We expect it to move to a different location eventually. If that happens, we'll update this article.
